Camping adjacent to the Lodge: Please contact us to discuss an additional pitch next to the Lodge. We offer this at £6.50 per person per night in addition to the hire of the Lodge.

Your booking will be confirmed via email on receipt of payment.
We accept payment via Bacs transfer or cheque. Once we have received your payment you will be sent an email with your booking confirmation.
Mountain Bike Events: Occasionally we hold mountain bike events in the woodland. When these are taking place, the Lodge will not be available, instead we have a large number of ‘wild camping’ pitches in the field above the woodland. The charge is £6.50 per person per night. Our dedicated Enduro1 page will give you an example of the camping set up for the Enduro and XC round race series. More details to come for next years event!
Terms and conditions– By making a booking with us you have entered a contract in which you undertake, on behalf of yourself and the people in your party (including children), to adopt the standards of behaviour outlined as follows. All persons entering the premises (known as Oak Lodge, Cotton Wood), do so at their own risk. The landowners and contributors hereby formally disclaim any liability for any loss or accident to you or to third-parties, including loss of business, equipment or property damage, injury or death resulting from or to you or other third-parties. No dogs are permitted on site. We reserve the right to charge for damage done by guests or their family. We reserve the right to terminate a reservation at any time. We reserve the right to ask guests who contravene these terms and conditions, or who in any other way are behaving in a manner likely to cause distress or nuisance, who do not conduct themselves in a fit and proper manner, to leave the property immediately. In these circumstances the holiday ceases and we shall not be liable for any extra costs incurred by you. Cotton Wood is a private residence and nature reserve, open occasionally for both sporting events and woodland based environmental activities and is not open to the general public. Any unauthorised person or persons found trespassing WILL be prosecuted.
